Dr. Najeb Masoud

He is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance at Gulf Medical University (GMU), UAE. He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from Huddersfield University, UK, where his research focused on corporate sustainability, CSR, and financial performance. He has a strong international research portfolio, with publications in high-impact journals indexed in Scopus and Clarivate Analytics. His contributions include advancing theories of corporate governance, Eco-Centric Stakeholder Theory (EST), CSR models, IPSAS adoption, AI integration in accounting and management, and sustainable innovation.
